You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a return

Email oreganoworld@icloud.com before sending an item back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returned items must be unused and sent with tracking. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Oregano oil

For safety and quality-control reasons, oregano oil is final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will email you within 48 hours with the approval decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, less original shipping charges. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an eligible item, return the original item after approval, then place a separate order for the replacement.
